Identity & Belonging
Culture, identity, expectations, and figuring out who you are when different worlds are pulling at you.
For a lot of us, identity isn't one thing. It's the language you speak at home and the one you dream in. It's the version of you your family knows and the version your friends see. It's feeling too much of one thing and not enough of another, sometimes in the same afternoon.
Belonging gets complicated when the worlds you move between don't fully understand each other. You can end up translating yourself constantly — softening parts, hiding parts, explaining parts — until you're not sure which version is the real one.
Here's what we believe: you don't have to pick. You are allowed to be all of it at once. The questions you're carrying about who you are and where you fit are not a problem to solve — they're a conversation worth having, out loud, with people who get it.
This space is for stories about culture, family expectations, faith, language, and the slow work of becoming yourself without apologizing for it.
you're not the only one carrying this ♡
