Mental Health

Anxiety, low days, burnout, overthinking—and figuring out what's actually going on inside.

Some of us learned how to be strong before we learned how to ask for help. We heard “you'll be fine,” “don't tell people our business,” “you have nothing to be sad about” — or simply nothing at all.

So when the anxiety shows up, or the low days stretch into low months, it can feel like a personal failure instead of what it actually is: a signal. Your mind and body trying to tell you something needs attention.

Mental health isn't a luxury or a weakness or something other people deal with. It's part of being human, and it deserves the same care we'd give a broken bone or a fever. Talking about it doesn't make it worse. Silence does.

This space is for honest conversations about anxiety, depression, burnout, therapy, and everything in between — without judgment, shame, or pretending.
